Our Goal
The Gaming Warlords Coalition is dedicated to uniting diverse groups of like-minded individuals who share a fervent passion for their hobbies, whether that be art or gaming. Our ultimate goal is to create a welcoming and friendly environment where enthusiasts can come together to celebrate their favorite pastimes, such as Warhammer 40k and Dungeons & Dragons. By fostering this inclusive community, we hope to encourage individuals to showcase their creativity and skills, allowing others to immerse themselves in the rich worlds of these beloved hobbies. Through the Coalition's efforts, participants can connect, collaborate, and inspire one another, ultimately enriching their experiences and cultivating lasting friendships within a shared space of acceptance and joy. We also hope to raise donations for the Children's Miracle Network through regular Extra Life Events to build a better future for us all.
Our Vision
Within the Gaming Warlords Coalition, each group stands as its own unique entity, working towards distinct individual goals while benefitting from the collective strength of the coalition. By uniting under this banner, warlords can amplify their causes, gaining notoriety and recognition within the broader gaming community. This coalition emphasizes the importance of respect and diversity, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. Additionally, members are encouraged to engage in charity work, fostering a sense of responsibility and giving back to the community. Welcoming newcomers to the hobby is also a priority, as it cultivates an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to participate and grow. Through collaboration and support, the coalition aims to elevate each group's mission while promoting a positive Oklahoma gaming culture for all.

All proceeds for this event go towards supplies to help new players inter the hobby & our future Extra Life charity event May 2026 so lets go big! Opportunities to donate will be available for none finalists in the Warhorde Klutch Quest portion of the event that can affect the game

Boarding Actions
Players will take their best boarding actions lists to compete against each other as each player's ship collides together in a battle to reach the planet where an unprotected transmission of an all powerful relic has lead to an interstellar race.

Those 6 warlords crafty enough to survive the fight through the atmosphere now must face the hostile opponents covering the crash site listed in the message the last army standing against the unending tide of death WINS!

Respect is Required
Together our various groups of gamers & hobbyists agree to strive for a better community that is accepting, encouraging, & gives back to those in need. To achieve this goal, we as a united force will facilitate opportunities for people to begin their journey to enjoy the tabletop gaming, crafting, & painting that has enriched all our lives. We will cultivate a friendly environment that can be competitive with integrity by shunning those who choose to disturb the peace until they redeem themselves though helping others. We have a no tolerance policy within the coalition that no one should suffer harassments while enjoying hobbies with others. Only those who have been deemed toxic to the group by exhibiting cruel or derogatory behavior can be submitted to the Gaming Warlords Coalition for review. If confirmed, we all must stand by the judgment & not allow the offender access to any coalition group activities until they have gotten the required atonement points determined by the severity of the acts done. These can be obtained through volunteer work that will be available to earn redemption though events scheduled each year to aid the Extra Life charity in their support of our local Children’s Miracle Network.
